Immanuel is a Hebrew word that means, "God with us."  Thus, Immanuel is more than just the name of a church in Murray, Kentucky; it is an experience of God's promise to each of us.  God is with us as individuals, God is with us in joy and sorrow, God is with us in loneliness and community, God is with us in death and in resurrection.  So, come and experience Immanuel.  Come and experience God with us!                 Dr. Foster teaches on Sunday mornings and on Tuesday evenings.  Check out the classes by clicking below:

Who Are We? As a community who follows Jesus, we are moved toward an abundant and balanced life of discipleship where we seek to be faithful in our worship of God and the study of His Word (UP), our connections and fellowship with others who are following Jesus (IN), and our efforts to extend this community by connecting others to the Messiah (OUT).

Worship Times

Immanuel Lutheran Church worships every Sunday morning at 10:30am with Bible class and Sunday school for all ages at 9:00am.  Childcare is provided.  Special services during Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Holy Week.
